1. Insomnia(also known as insomnia)
It is expressed in a sense of poor quality sleep, for example, lack of sleep, difficulty falling asleep or frequent night awakenings. It can be temporary or chronic. The transition usually lasts for several days and occurs due to stressful situations. Chronic can last up to several months and can be associated with stress and chronic diseases. 2. Excessive drowsiness
It is also known as hypersomnia. It is expressed in such a way that a person is not able to maintain vigilance and attention during normal time periods. They are divided into primary and secondary.
